Return and Refund Policy

If there is something wrong with the product/service you purchased, or if you are not satisfied, you have 2 weeks to request a refund and return your product/service.

If you wish to return a product, the only way to do so is by following these instructions:

  • The package must be returned with the original purchase receipt.


Refunds

We strive to serve our customers with the best products. Every product you choose is carefully inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to ensure you fall in love with our products.

Unfortunately, there may be times when we do not have the product(s) you selected in stock or when we encounter issues with our inventory or quality control. In such cases, we may need to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance so you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased through online payment (and not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We conduct thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care when packaging the product. At the same time, we ensure the packaging is suitable so that items are not damaged during transit. Please note that OCH Planner is not responsible for damages caused to items during transit or transportation.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines described above, we will proceed with your refund. The processing of your refund may take several days, but you will be notified once your money has been returned.


Shipping

OCH Planner is not responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipping must be paid by the customer. Even if the item originally included free shipping, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
